Below market rate (BMR) programs provide affordable housing for low- and moderate-income residents, as well as employees of the cities in which they operate. Through selling a designated portion of new construction at below-market price, we assure that our communities keep up an inventory of affordable homes, keeping the balance as we grow.
Alta Housing BMR Services, LLC administers Palo Alto and Stanford University’s BMR programs.
