This four story building will be fully electric with on-site amenities to include a large community room with kitchen facilities, podium garden area, computer lab, laundry facilities, indoor and outdoor bicycle parking and package & mailroom.   There will be 41 parking spaces and storage lockers.

Twenty-one (21) apartments will be set aside for adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.  We have partnered with Housing Choices and SARC (San Andres Regional Center) to provide supportive services to intellectual/developmentally disabled (I/DD) residents, including case management, health and wellness programs, and assistance with accessing community resources. Wilton Court is expected to be completed in Fall 2022.
