On January 13, 2020, Palo Alto city council committed another $10.5 Million to Wilton Court, a 100% affordable housing development that will have 59 apartments at the corner of El Camino Real and Wilton Avenue. Twenty-one (21) of these units will be for adults who have developmental disabilities. Palo Alto’s total commitment to the project is $20.5 million.
