Partnership with Canopy

Planting Roots at Mariposa On Cinco de Mayo, Alta Housing staff and residents gathered at Mariposa Club Apartments to plant new trees in partnership with Canopy, a nonprofit dedicated to building and protecting the urban forest. Corso, Mountain View Construction on Corso Apartments, Alta Housing’s newest community in downtown Mountain View, began in March 2026. Developed in partnership with Related California, the project is located on Parking Lot 12 and will bring 120 apartments for families earning between 30% and 60% of the Area Median Income. Working with Sacred Heart Community Service For more than a year, Alta Housing has partnered with Sacred Heart Community Service (SHCS) to advance anti-displacement and community development efforts in San Jose.
