Alta Housing and The City of Los Altos are pleased to announce that five (5) BMR units are available for sale through the BMR Homeownership Program. The homes are located at 450 First Street in Los
Altos.

The Application Packet is intended to acquaint you with the units, eligibility
requirements, and the process you will encounter if you are interested in applying to
purchase this condo.

The City of Los Altos has engaged the services of Alta Housing (AH) to facilitate the
application approval and sales process. The on-site property staff at 45 First Street are not
involved in this sale and the units are not available to tour yet.
