La Bella, Mountain View La Bella will transform a former industrial site at 1020 Terra Bella Avenue into 108 new homes for families in need of stable, affordable housing near transit and jobs. Responding to Rising Food Insecurity In 2025, many Alta households continued to struggle to afford food and household essentials, leading to a rise in requests for assistance. This increase in need placed additional pressure on resident services staff, onsite food pantry operations, and our food partners.
