On January 13, 2020, Palo Alto city council committed another $10.5 Million to Wilton Court, a 100% affordable housing development that will have 59 apartments at the corner of El Camino Real and Wilton Avenue. Twenty-one (21) of these units will be for adults who have developmental disabilities. Palo Alto’s total commitment to the project is $20.5 million.  Opportunity Fund Scholarships are available to Alta Housing residents with financial support to invest in their future through higher education.  Residents who are 22 or older and have lived in Alta Housing communities for a year or longer will be able to apply for scholarships to help them advance their careers.  These scholarships can be used for certificate programs, community college or a four-year degree.
