Building a Culture of Learning

In 2025, the second cohort of Alta Housing’s Leadership Academy began their eight-month journey, focused on strengthening both personal leadership and organizational understanding. The first part of the program centers on self-awareness, identifying strengths, and building the confidence to lead with intention. Through retreats, coaching, and real-world application, participants reflect on how they show up and how they build trust while delivering results.

The second part focuses on Alta itself. Participants step back to understand our mission, values, and how teams across resident services, development, and finance work together. The message is simple: leadership here means looking beyond your own role and understanding how your decisions affect
the entire organization.

By pairing personal growth with a deeper understanding of Alta, the Leadership Academy continues to strengthen our culture of learning and prepare leaders for the future.

We are looking forward to cohort three starting their journey in Summer 2026.
