Luckily, construction on Fair Oaks Commons has been able to keep its schedule even during the pandemic. Thanks to our General Contractor, L&D Construction for quickly setting up procedures to keep everyone working on the site safe. We will be ready to welcome new residents in October 2020.   View from rooftop deck at Eagle Park Apartments Alta Housing’s Eagle Park Apartments, which opened in 2019, has won the SJ Business Journals’ Structures Award in the Community Impact category.   Kudos to the whole team including City of Mountain View, Architects VMWP, Branagh Construction, US Bancorp Community Development, California State Department of Housing, Google and Project Manager, Jen Wong.
