Fair Oaks Commons located at 2821 El Camino Real, Redwood City, CA.  Applications are still being accepted.

The Housing Authority of the County of San Mateo is currently accepting applications for the project’s 32 Section 8 Project-Based Voucher (PBV) units.  The PBV units consist of 27 studios and 5 one-bedrooms.  In addition to the PBV units, 27 units at the property will be reserved for individuals or families who qualify for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing Program (HUD-VASH).
