In late January, residents started moving into their new apartments at Casa Esperanza at 1818 El Camino Real in Redwood City.   All  52 apartments are fully furnished with beds, desks, cabinets and kitchenettes.  Alta Housing is managing the property and Mental Health Associates (MHA) of San Mateo County will be providing supportive services.
