Since our first project in 1972 in Palo Alto, we have made great homes in Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties a reality for hundreds of families. Our nearly 50 years of development experience helps us excel in the competitive world of funding and tax-credit financing—and navigate the city planning review and approval processes.
