The Alta Board enthusiastically endorses Prop 5 which will make it easier to create more affordable housing by giving local voters the ability to approve housing and infrastructure bonds with a 55% vote.  By supporting this measure, we can help our local governments address the need for more affordable housing and build a future that works better for low- and middle-income families, seniors and veterans!

Lenita Wheeler joins Alta Housing as the new Vice President of Resident Services.  She has over 20 years of experience in community organizing, advocacy, and social services.
