  Residents at Fair Oaks Commons can take advantage of the large community room and adjoining courtyard to socialize.  A full kitchen, lots of seating areas and computer stations are available in the community room.  Outside there are additional lounge areas, exercise equipment and a grill.  Watch a video about the property.  Welcome!

Construction on Wilton Court at 3705 El Camino Real has begun.  In Summer 2022, 59 new apartments will be ready for their residents.  To watch some of the demolition, click here. Many thanks to the City of Palo Alto for their support!

Luckily, construction on Fair Oaks Commons has been able to keep its schedule even during the pandemic. Thanks to our General Contractor, L&D Construction for quickly setting up procedures to keep everyone working on the site safe. We will be ready to welcome new residents in October 2020.
